Educational training with elements of team building
Imperial Park Hotel located near Moscow had been selected for team building event for Severstal. We arranged private event with educational and uniting purposes. Two weeks getaway included many-hours-long training sessions, videoconference with colleagues from different locations, barbecue and quad bike quest. Our mission was to provide technical support, hotel reservation, meals, transportation, quest lay-out and on-spot coordination. Fantastic weather and fresh air had their effect - team building training turned out to be a success. It certainly helped the participants to regain their stamina.
